Website enquiries
The enquiry form stores your name, email and message, plus any optional phone, organisation, category and process details you choose to provide. We also record the submission date, page language and a validated source-page hint. RnD Labs reviews enquiries in a restricted internal queue and sends a summary to its staff notification recipients so we can respond. A temporary session identifier and signed submission token help prevent duplicate submissions; no third-party captcha is used. Do not include passwords, login credentials, identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive records.

This is an AI assistant, not a quotation or a human support agent.
Messages are processed by RnD Labs and OpenAI. Our temporary conversation state expires after 30 minutes without activity or 2 hours from the start. Enquiry drafts expire 15 minutes after preparation. Every Responses request uses store:false to disable normal application response storage; provider-side security, abuse monitoring and prompt-cache retention are governed separately by OpenAI's applicable policy. This does not mean zero provider retention.
Do not share passwords, API keys, banking credentials, identity documents, bank statements, confidential customer data or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Nothing becomes an enquiry unless you review the details and explicitly submit them. We do not attach the full conversation.
Free browser-local converter
The free converter processes a selected PDF in your browser and generates local CSV downloads. Statement content is not uploaded to RnD Labs. Your browser still requests the page and processing software from our servers. Check the generated rows against your original statement before using them.
Controlled converter pilots
The public website has no statement-upload form for the free converter. If a separate controlled pilot involves sharing a document with RnD Labs, we first agree the purpose, sample size, transfer method, access, retention and deletion expectations. Synthetic examples are preferred during early demonstrations.
Client portal
The private portal is restricted to authorised users. Project releases, feedback and approvals are visible according to organisation and project membership.
Practical safeguards
- Collect the smallest useful data set.
- Keep secrets and client files out of source control.
- Restrict access to the people working on the agreed task.
- Document retention and deletion for sensitive pilot material.
